Bulking Division
was
largely a result of the mobility of
labour and abscondment. In the
case of the latter, most of the
employees were terminal operators
whose work involved physical
labour; where traditionally high
turnover rate is commonplace.
In other cases, the Group believes
that the high rate of non-executive
employees leaving voluntarily
across the divisions has to do with
the mobility of labour.
