The directors have pleasure in presenting their report together with the audited financial statements of the Group and of the

Principal activities
The principal activities of the Company are those of investment and property holding.
The principal activities of the subsidiaries and the associates are described in Notes 44 and 45 respectively to the financial
statements.

There were no material transfers to or from reserves or provisions during the financial year other than as disclosed in the
financial statements.
In the opinion of the directors, the results of the operations of the Group and of the Company during the financial year were not
substantially affected by any item, transaction or event of a material and unusual nature, other than as disclosed in the financial
statements.

The amount of dividend paid by the Company since 31 March 2019 was as follows:

Subsequent to the financial year end, on 23 June 2020, the directors declared a single-tier interim dividend in respect of the
current financial year ended 31 March 2020 of 9.0 sen per share on 282,231,600 shares, amounting to a total of approximately
RM25,227,000, payable on 14 September 2020.
