The financial statements for the current financial year ended 31 March 2020 do not reflect this dividend. This dividend will
be accounted for in shareholders' equity as appropriation of retained earnings in the financial year ending 31 March 2021.
The directors do not recommend the payment of any final dividend in respect of the current financial year.
