(b) Compensation of key management personnel
Key management personnel are those persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and
controlling the activities, directly or indirectly, including any director (whether executive or otherwise).
The key management personnel of the Group and of the Company include directors of the Company and
subsidiaries and certain members of senior management of the Group and of the Company. Their compensation
